The Gift of a Helping Hand is one of my favorite Preschool Christmas Bulletin Boards! It’s important to me that we remember the reason for the season, The Birth of Jesus! The gift is you! You don’t have to buy things what you make with your own two hands is the gift! I like to combine themes in this case with the Letter of the week, Letter H. We started with the Hand Print Christmas Tree!

Next we added our Gift Box! In the past I have let them glitter, Paint and even Jello Painted the “box”. This year I found we had an abundance of Christmas Wrap so I cut squares of all the wrap and added ribbon for them to cut. It was a bit messy but the children loved it, and made it their own some wadded up the wrap, some piled it and all loved the tearing and cutting. To complete the gift I take their photo asking would you like to be peeking out or jumping out! As always I love the way each gift is totally unique!

At this point you could be done but I wanted to add something from our next Letter of the Week, Letter I Ice Painted Ornaments! I also added them to our Classroom Tree which is now covered whit snow for the winter!
