Letter J Art
We started the week with our Alphabet Book Letter J, painting with Jello. I love the way this makes your whole classroom smell! The jello is very sticky so I set it to dry for two days the folded wax paper over the page before adding it to their books. This keep the pages from sticking together. In May I take the wax paper out before I give the books to take home and by then they are not as sticky. Jello is also fun to paint with on the easel however it is a bit messy!
Turn a Candy Cane upside down and you have J is for Jesus! We used Jingle bells to roll paint, the large bells worked better, the small one seem to always be stuck!
