preschool Hoppy FrogI like to have photos of frogs out to show how they come in all shapes, colors and sizes. For this reason I cut circles “Frogs” of different colors so they couldĀ  choose their color. I use trays for each child, helps keep the art table clean and helps keep me organized! To start I cut out circles in different shades of Green, Blue and Yellow. Then I cut out frog legs, enough for each frog to have four legs, if they wanted. I then cut out the circles for the eyes Medium circles in white and small circles in black. The red paper is to cut a strip they could use to create a tongue. As with all of my crafts I like to put out a lot so they can choose and the art is their own. We did this project at our open house meet the teacher so I kept it clean using a glue stick and the black paint do a dot . Otherwise you could use black glue, black beans etc….

I always make a lot for open house so siblings can create a frog too if they want. To my surprise most everyone made a Blue frog, love that!
