Day One: Pot of Gold Coins – Each frog painted their pot with the Black paint and added Gold Glitter while the paint was still wet. Using a black marker they traced the letters of their name.

I used two class days to complete the finished project. For the boards Gold letters I cut Friends are Golden out of white card stock and spray painted them with gold. Loving the look  I spray painted some plain paper gold, then cut them into gold coins and added enough for each Frog to spell their name. My Frogs are still learning to write their names so I wrote a letter on each coin in pencil, they then traced the letter with a black marker.
