Letter S, a fun letter with many activities and art to explore! We began our week with Letter of the Week Alphabet Book page, painting with salt! We started our Weather Book of Seasons with Spring Rain ans Summer Sun! In preschool there always comes the day when the flu hits your class, this was the case for us this week. Due to my getting the flu not many photos were taken. Next year I’ll be sure to add more to this page!

To start off I printed Spring Rain on the bottom of white paper. Then folded a few liners in half so they could see the shape of umbrella! They then glued the liner to the paper, opened to glue the pipe cleaner for a handle. Then use the stamp to finger print raindrops on your umbrellas! Last year we used paint and Q Tips, I have even used a toothbrush to sprinkle paint as your rain.
I loved the way so many wanted their umbrellas open!

Simply use your hand print to create the sun! I found stamping and turning the paper to form a circle worked best.
